Preston’s friends from college, Josh and Michelle came to visit this weekend to go mountain biking up the road. Luckily the weather got better just in time. I got some time to work on the yard while Preston was off riding the trails.

Tomato sprouts are coming up, and I put together a makeshift bean teepee. Lots of new ornamentals as well.

It’s been raining here all weekend, and the weather forecasts predict that it will continue through next Sunday. The only day we might see the sun is Tuesday, which of course, is the day that Preston has to work in the city. I wonder how I made it through so many Northwest winters.

We’re going to make the most of the bad weather with a trip to Russian River Brewery and Home Depot. There are still lots of indoor projects to do. Pictures coming soon…
